This radar was spotted in Northern Europe in Jan 28, 2023. It used a sweep rate of 25 HzHertz (Hz), unit of frequency, defined as one cycle per second (1 Hz). and only 4 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz of bandwidth.
Possible ID candidate is the PLUTO II radar, but it's not known if it uses such bandwidth.
