This radar was spotted in Northern Europe in Jan 28, 2023. It used a sweep rate of 25 HzHertz (Hz), unit of frequency, defined as one cycle per second (1 Hz). and only 4 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz of bandwidth.

Possible ID candidate is the PLUTO II radar, but it's not known if it uses such bandwidth.


The showcase sample was notch filtered to remove the spur that can be seen in the picture.
