Description[edit]

This external signal works at 2.4 GHzGigaHertz (GHz) 10^9 Hz and cause Wi-Fi signal to fluctuate. The fluctuations levels reach to -10 dBm and we are not able to see the source when it reach to -10 dBm. This inference can be seen in Indonesia,Malaysia and Singapore. Modulation 30-100Hz

Its 4G LTE. Its supposed to do that. When multiple devices such as cell phones send data like text, voice, and signaling, it creates that weird flucuation, just like cdma2000 does with 3G. Ywsia1]
