Thales Système 3000 Skyhopper is the frequency hopping mode of the Système 3000 Modem. Characterized by its very short bursts and frequency hopping behavior.
The Skyhopper mode supports wide-band hopping up to 2 MHzMegaHertz (MHz) 10^6 Hz wide. ALEAutomatic Link Establishment and PSKPhase-Shift Keying burst data can be sent using Skyhopper mode.
