Thank You. How about that? I thought it would have a more mundane explanation: power grids, cellular phones, Bluetooth, etc., but a an old Soviet transmitter is very unexpected. The FCC needs to give the Russians a ticket! I've never messed with SDR, but signal analysis is fascinating, so I'll definitely be looking into it when I have the time. Thanks again.
