It definitely sounds like radar of some sort. Sounds like OTHOver The Horizon (very long range), but I don't know of any operating at 2750khz --SwornEnema (talk) 19:22, 23 February 2021 (NZDT)
If that sample is of you scrolling up from 2.75MHz to 5MHz then it is just noise. Very common to have noise like this spanning throughout HFHigh Frequency (3-30 MHz). -Tinkell
