Talk:Unknown Pulsing Signal

Interesting tone-based signal, probably very easy to decode if you knew it's purpose. You can upload the IQQuadrature signals form the basis of complex RF signal modulation and demodulation, both in hardware and in software, as well as in complex signal analysis. at mega.nz. See if you can find something on that frequency in the fcc database. if its such a strong signal it may create many subharmonics, so be sure that the frequency you receive it is the right one. --Cartoonman (talk) 16:10, 20 October 2015 (NZDT) REPLY: I have searched high and low up to my tunable 1.7ghz and yes it creates many (annoying) sub-harmonics but the signal is by far strongest at 149.5mhz than anywhere else i have looked im uploading the IQQuadrature signals form the basis of complex RF signal modulation and demodulation, both in hardware and in software, as well as in complex signal analysis. zip and will post it on the page as soon as i can!

Another Reply: In trying to listen to weak signals on the 144MHz ham band I came across this signal. It shows up at S9 where I am.

Yep, this is definitely military usage. The frequencies of 148-150.8 are used for the military.

Either: Its a horn sounding with a very wideband signal for military tactical usage

Or: just a noisy radar signal used by the building for decoding like you said
