I’m hearing a warbling sound on the listed frequencies and others, too. For example, there are several in the vicinity of 14.400 MHzMegaHertz (MHz) 10^6 Hz. 14.558, 14.575, 14.598, 14.615, 14.621, 14.627, 14.647, 14.650, they continue up the band. In one instance, the digital mode was replaced by what sounded like encrypted voice for a very short period and then returned to the digital mode.
