Talk:Unidentified data bursts on HF

The bursts are indeed very similar to the QPSKQuadrature Phase-Shift Keying (2 bits per symbol) bursts of the CISCommonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the former Soviet Republic OFDMOrthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing-121 signal, although the duration of these bursts is shorter. Both of these signals have the same duration eighteen-tone preamble in PSKPhase-Shift Keying bursts. Despite the similarities it can't be confirmed that this signal is related to CISCommonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the former Soviet Republic OFDMOrthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing-121 due to lack of evidence. Further observation needed, if there will be CISCommonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the former Soviet Republic OFDMOrthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing-121 transmissions on the same frequencies where this signal was transmitted or there will be transmission similar to this one on one of the CISCommonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the former Soviet Republic OFDMOrthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing-121 frequencies then the information abot this transmission will be added to CISCommonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the former Soviet Republic OFDMOrthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing-121 page.
