Umm APT transmissions have a constant tone with two clicks representing the picture being taken... But, this could be a APT as this is in the band of where these satellies exist.... Dont know yet... Also, use this "discussion" tab to discuss instead of the description...Ywsia1 (Yalec)

We definitely need more data (and a page) on OQPSK. If one of the satcom guys could get a good sample of it, that'd be great (I can't receive 137-138 here due to local noise). --Kj6psg (talk) 20:08, 27 September 2018 (NZST)
