There was a similar signal on here that had a "horn" sound on 148 or something. I am assuming by now these signals are used to commemorate those were fallen in battle (?) perhaps with some sort of device approved by the FCC and Govt to commemorate Fallen soldiers. I am not sure if this 100% accurate but on the US government freqs of 165-170 and 380-420 you might hear this. Not sure tho, but it sounds very likely. << Yalek W (talk)
