sounds like some sort of AFSKAudio Frequency-Shift Keying to me. Ywsia1 Yalek.
Appears to be FMFrequency Modulation Modulated, you would have to remove the FMFrequency Modulation modulation first before getting the underlying wave form, and then demodulate from there to get the binary.
