This page sounds too generic to be a cuban jammer. Several reasons: Cuban Jammers have jammed 250 MHzMegaHertz (MHz) 10^6 Hz - 280 MHzMegaHertz (MHz) 10^6 Hz with their analog FMFrequency Modulation transponders for over a decade. Maybe use a techincal term named "HFHigh Frequency (3-30 MHz) Cuban Jammer"? Im also a bit unfamiliar with this jam technique so I apologize. --> Yalek W (talk)
