JTMS uses a variation of FSKFrequency-Shift Keying called Minimum Shift Keying (MSKMinimum-Shift Keying (When Shift/Bd = 0.5. It is impossible to get this ratio to be lower than 0.5, hence it is called the 'Minimum' shift.)), which allows a faster transmission rate per unit bandwidth. JTMS performs approximately as well as FSK441, and tends to produce cleaner decodes. Uses MSKMinimum-Shift Keying (When Shift/Bd = 0.5.
