Codan Data Modulation for Codan Data Modems. This modulation is used in Codan's 9001, 9002, 3012 and 3212 modems.

Data link comprises of 16 DPSKDifferential Phase-Shift Keying (Differential Phase-Shift Keying) channels at 112.5 HzHertz (Hz), unit of frequency, defined as one cycle per second (1 Hz). spacing on 1800 HzHertz (Hz), unit of frequency, defined as one cycle per second (1 Hz). of bandwidth.

Codan's CHIRP (an ALEAutomatic Link Establishment signal) uses PSKPhase-Shift Keying modulation across 32 channels with 80Hz of spacing. CHIRP uses 2560Hz of bandwidth.
