Characteristics[edit]
The signal is very structured. It starts with a 3.5 s sequence at 18.7 bauds that may always be the same, then the message. It ends with a 3.25 s sequence at 37.5 bauds with repeating elements, then again a 3.5 s sequence at 18.7 bauds (though symbols are not identical to the start sequence).
