This is some kind of a sounder that resembles Digisonde, but it has some differences. Unlike the available Digisonde examples, this signal seems to be pulsed with 40 HzHertz (Hz), unit of frequency, defined as one cycle per second (1 Hz). pulse frequency, and there may be slight FMFrequency Modulation on pulse. Bandwidth is 50 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz or more but it's hard to determine accurately. Frequency step seems to be 30 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz, at least in this example.

If this is positively identified as Digisonde, the information on this page can be merged into the original page.
